We’ve revamped one of the most important parts of Unmetric Analyze - the Brand Posts tab. This new and improved version introduces a layer of analysis to a brand’s posts. Find it under Analyze Profiles > Brand Posts.
Segment Brand Posts:
Are you looking to further analyze a brand's posts? Now you can do that and more without even opening a spreadsheet. All you have to do is segment these posts using various filters. Find this under Analyze Profiles > Brand Posts for Facebook and Instagram.
Create up to 3 segments using filters namely keywords, system generated tags (e.g. promoted or positive sentiment), content tags, days on which the post was published and content type.
Then compare the performance of all three head to head. We’ve shown you how you can compare the engagement of Starbucks’ promoted posts versus all the posts they’ve published in the last month.
If you’d like to change your filters, you can reset each segment individually. By default, Segment 1 always resets to show ‘All Posts’ by a brand, but you can always change the filters in this segment.
Compare segments by different KPIs:
Different brands have different KPIs (key performance indicators) that are important to them. We’ve listed vital metrics in the dropdowns, where you can compare the performance of segments using a primary and secondary metric. You can pick the primary metric via the dropdown or simply click on the metrics below the three segments.
Partial to one type of chart? Now you can visualize these metrics on a line, bar or based on the metrics you’ve selected. You can also change the time series of the chart to either daily, weekly or monthly. As always, you can download these charts. We’ve shown you how you can compare Likes versus Comments of two segments of Starbucks’s posts on a bar chart.
Tag and download multiple posts:
Looking to tag or download posts only containing a particular keyword? Or perhaps only video posts? Now you can filter a brand’s posts by keywords, tags and content type and sort them by interaction metrics. Then select one at a time or even all of them before hitting the ‘download’ or ‘tag’ button.
You can also select a post by clicking the checkbox that appears on the brand’s profile image that appears on the top left corner for each post.
